Nice fish Jock. What pool is that?
Little Turn from the best bank............................ Water is running about 18" above summer level. My avatar is also of the same pool. Here are another couple of the Little Turn at summer level. The first catures the Lady's first ever fish as it approaches the net. The second looking up river from the Rhynd to the Little Turn with an angler on the Wester Elchies side just beginning to fish the pool. The Spey in May, is there a better place ?

Here is an fine example of a Deveron brownie. Cheers, Ross. Hi Ross, and here is a finer example of a trout from a tributary of the Deveron................ ;D Caught by Jon Sheard of Keith in the Isla. 10.5 lbs and he had it mounted. ( I didn't know him then but now he has develloped a keen interest in Salmon Fishing and is fully commited to conservation.... )

Well just shout across the water and I'll make sure you get a cast some evening at the very least. Always nice to try a pool for the opposite bank and a totally different view.............only marginally better than the 'wrong' bank....

A bonnie late spring troot from the River South Esk - cant get any bonnier IMHO ..... look at they markings. Its captor was the Rt. Hon Kevin Hentool-Maxwell and the troot was taken on a small Orange Ally's.
