Maybe all farmed operations should be moved inland to prevent accidental release and this kind of killing.

Maybe we should let em all escape,,then we'd have more salmon in the rivers,,,after all it didn't do the lochy any harm did it.

But then again you don't hear much about Lochy sea trout these days...
If they are ever brought inland with sea water pumped ashore we will get to see just how much sh1t they produce as there will then be a single point of discharge rather than it simply sinking unseen below the cages, unless they install a water treatment plant in the outflow...
