Kerry - tell him that you'd like a Cocker and that the Spey is the best river in the world, bar none, and he may weaken

This is better than a soap on the telly PMSL Keep it going lads!!! Kenny! Please? I seem to be coming across as some kind of desperate man chaser! You know that since I lost my Dick I have been true to his memory and have conducted myself as a grieving widow should. It is with a heavy heart that I find my self giving in to the emotional and physical needs of a woman. I never thought when I lost my Dick that I would ever feel able to love or be loved again. This forum has made me realise that there is light at the end of the tunnel and I may be able to sate my womanly, physical, and emotional desires with a man who loves Salmon fishing as much as my Dick. Dont put pressure on Williegunn with your boyish banter, and with luck, he and I may have a loving relationship. Just the thought of him correcting my grammar sends a shiver up my spine and I look forward to the day when he proposes to me in Latin. Kerry Chalmers (betrothed) Ps. Would members please stop PM,ing me I am sorted just now, thank you.

Shame on you sir. Trying to take advantage of a poor Dick-less wummin, you should be ashamed of yourself.

my humble apologies my dear, didn't want to jeopardise your relationship with anyone on here. I will also take the hint and stop PMing you, now that I am out of favour here. Is it the money or his big rod? If this backfires on you my dearest, you can always try here for a replacemEnt to WG, in fact he may even be on it as I see one member called "bigspeyrod" Try this site for rich land owners and ghillies etc: www.justwoodlandfriends.com/Hope you get sorted as I'm no taking ye back!! Your not the only spurned lover out there....

Is this a salmon fishing forum or a dating agency site for partnerless anglers ? Perhaps another seperate thread would be appropriate ?

OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM THE MODERATORSTHIS IS THE TIME OF YEAR WHEN MANY FORUM MEMBERS ARE SUFFERING FROM CABIN FEVER AND THIS CAN BE REFLECTED BY AN INCREASE IN HUMOROUS BANTER ON SOME THREADS. THE ONLY KNOWN CURE FOR CABIN FEVER IS TO GO FISHING. THE MODERATORS STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT SCOTTISH MEMBERS SUFFERING FROM CABIN FEVER WET A LINE, EITHER A FULL SPEY LINE OR EVEN A SKAGIT WITH A T14 TIP IN HIGH WATER, CATCH A NICE SPRINGER AND POST A FEW FOTIES SO OUR ENGLISH, IRISH AND WELSH MEMBERS CAN BE REMINDED WHAT A SALMON LOOKS LIKE. THIS WILL RESULT IN MORE FISHY BANTER ON THE FORUM. PS - ONLY JOKING GUYS, THE CRAIC IS GOOD!!!

I'm out on the Spey three days next week. As you say cabin fever is a terrible affliction ! Hopefully some success stories and photos will follow.
I feel sorry for the Tay anglers as they seem to be permanently washed away ! Fine wee bit of verse Kerry by the way.
