Is this not where we started ?? ;D I think this is what your asking - Mrs Tip has just offered some words of wisdom. Go to Photobucket and log in. Hit the 'upload images' button. Photobucket 'finds' all of your folders and files - well, it does for me. Select relevant folder or file - the one containing your pics. Pics come up on screen. Choose pics by clicking on the first one (you should get a blue highlight line around the pic), hold down the 'shift' key and select the last pic in the series - assuming you want to post all of the photographs - the blue highlight line should now surround all pics. Remove finger from shift key and click 'save' - the remaining part of the process I think you know. If you want to select individual photographs, click on the first pic as above but his time hold down the Ctrl key - then just go around clicking the pics you want on an individual basis. As above, the blue highlight line surrounding the pic lets you know that is has been 'selected'. Once you have made your selection hit 'save'. Depending on how many files (pics) you are now uploading you can either, stick on the kettle (4-5 images), prepare a simple meal (5-10 images) or go on a short 'away day break' (10 or more images). Hope this helps

Please thank Mrs Tip, you are obviously a family of computer geniuses. Lunesman Andies genius has obviously rubbed off quite well on you. That is a most handsome looking avatar you have put up. It looks like the bridge at Kirkby Lonsdale if I am not mistaken? Obviously it was taken on a day when you were in the Bahamas or somewhere equally exotic as I don't see your champagne cooler hanging in the water or the hammock that you so dearly love lashed to the nearest tree for your afternoon nap

RIGHT !!! It's thicko time again. In the NEW photobucket I can create an album of say 5 pics.I highlight each one and click the IMG link.It says each time "copied". Fine!! I log on to the forum, start a new thread and right click.Hit paste and think we're doing fine.In preview it shows the first pic only.Hit paste again and the same, first, photo comes up again.AAAaaaarrrrgghhh !! How do folk put up, say, one pic then a description, next pic and some description and so on. Driving me NUTS !!

Iain. Would I be right in saying you highlighted all 5 then tried to paste all at once If so, to the best of my knowledge you have to do them one at a time ( Copy and Paste) That is the way I do it. Hope this helps.

Hi Bill, does that mean you have to jump back and forward from Photo bucket to Forum for each pic ?

Hi Iain
What I have done in the past is to open a new word document on your computer and do the report on there pasting in the photos as I go and when finished I copy and paste the whole word document in the reply page of the selected heading.

Look for the thing that says 'image code' and right click with your moose over it and the work "copied" will appear briefly. Paste into forum. To do this you need 2 windows opened (1 forum and 1 Photbucket so you jump between the two). That's the way I do it - there might be an easier way but my pea brain hasn't found it yet. I wish they wouldn't keep changing the format.

I tried a wee test Andy, the way you're explaining it is the way I tried it. Keep two windows open,1 forum, 1 Photobucket. Must remember my camera now when I'm out....Kinda page one!

Herbie Well said Herbie. The text and photos are easier to edit and rearrange in Word format. Also if your internet connection drops out,and you lose connection to the forum, you will still have a copy the work on your PC.
