Are all the sepa river level sites on Fish Scotland not working?

It would be good to know how these SEPA levels relate to the more usually relied upon Fishpal level information. IF SEPA were to draw a line at "0" level as used on the Fishpal sites for each measuring station it would be a very great help! Also may give an employee something useful to do.

Once you know a beat it is easier to use Sepa.
