Hi to everyone, First post as I have only just found you. This site is looking good, seems more informative than the others and I must say that the speycasting page is excellent.

Hello salmondan, I mostly fish here in N.Ireland on the foyle system and local eastcoast spate streams. Recently tried my luck in russia on the mighty Kharlovka and I go to Norway once a year to fish the Orkla with some Swedish friends.

Hi Tweed Ghillie, I hardly wet a line on the Finn this year, had my hand in plaster most of the season, the only day I got there, there was far to many anglers on it. A couple of friends had a fantastic year with lots of springers and lots of grilse. They would phone just to rub my nose in it,ha,ha.

Aye,
What's with the Big Ron,
FQ are you of a double ID from the darkside of forum city or is SK mistaken?.
In response to your question, the rivers i usually like to fish are
The North & South Esks (Spring & Summer) The Tay (Spring) The Isla (Spring & Summer) The Clyde (Summer) The Tweed (Back End)
This year included three new rivers The Dee, Feugh and the Nith which i hope to go back too in 08.
Cheers
Hornet
