Too far East is the only clue for the moment. Just spent an exasperating hour or so with a map, magnifying glass, paper and pen and can assure you all that "Too far East" is not an anagram

It looks like the valley on the A7 between Hawick and Langholm- the upper Teviot?

Go to the top of the class Highlandfisher. It is the upper reaches of the Euchar,below Loch Skammersdale.
