Firstly a big thanks to all the successful bidders on items auctioned on the forum last year in order to raise funds for the Tay Western Catchments Project (TWCP). The amount raised by members was £570!! ;D Excellent.. If members have not seen the interim report, it is available here. www.scottishnativewoods.org.uk/index.asp?lm=60The first item to be auctioned this year is Guay's Rod!!!! ;D OK before you get the wrong idea Guay (Stan) has kindly donated the rod he won in the Forum Prize Draw to the TWCP. Details and pics are all here... salmo.proboards74.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=general&thread=1196000601&page=3We'll keep the auction going until the 11th of Feb and then arrange for the rod to be shipped to the succesful bidder after payment to the TWCP - details will be given at the time. Again, many thanks for the support members have given to this worthy cause over the last year and happy bidding... JSA (David)

If you want, I can see what other rod's he has kicking about the back of his fishing hut - might be able to source you something around the 50 - 70 squids mark. ;D Add an extra ten-spot to the overall price if you want a signed certificate of authenticity. STip
