Did I hear 165 mph winds today? Certainly too windy for this wind turbine in Ardrossan: ;D

There was a 90 mph wind blowing down Union Street in Aberdeen. It blew a fiver out a guys hand. Luckily he caught it with his other hand but unfortunately 3 passers by were injured in the rush and a bus swerved out of control ;D ;D ;D

While it has been chucking it down in the 'south' over the past 6 weeks or so the weather in the north has been cracking. (recent snow excepted). Here's a link to a few pic's of sunrises and sunsets over that time. (pics taken with mobile phone and camera) www.golspiefc.f2s.com/stuff.swfOnly 4 weeks or so till the rivers open...braw! hf

I knew it was time to head home when the duck decoys started flying (just as well they were anchored with grip leads)! Had to aim a fair bit in front of the geese!
