Storlaks was the first word I learned (and remembered) on my premier trip to Norway. It's a shame I've not lived up to it laks means salmon and stor means big but it also means great, ample, with great care, generous etc etc so you can live up to the name without catching the big one by saying that every fish is great or has been treated with great care salmo

That makes me feel better The day I learned to say that word still haunts me. Storlaks played for 1.5hrs and lost.....or maybe treated with great care by being released before landing ;D

Bogyoch, the name of my house. Bogyoch, meaning dwelling by the bog. So there you have it. Is that an outside bog ? I thought you had built an extension, surely to link to the bog? Malcolm
