Just having a cursory glance at river levels this morning and I see that there are new camera locations on Farson Digital on the Don at Alford, on the Dee at Braemar and on the North Esk at Edzell. Looks like there are a number of others than are not up and running yet.

On a closer inspection there seem to be new cameras at Ballater and Mar Lodge on the Dee and on the Ythan at Fyvie.

Last December during the big flood the water was well up the bridge arch on the new Edzell web cam. The walk through the blue door, there is one of the nicest walks in the district. That stream may well be the new Morphie temp barrier Cheers Mows

The more the merrier. It used to be that you phoned up 'the fermer's wife' to find out what was happening.

I have to admit that the opportunity, or offer, to call in for a bannock was proffered on the odd occasion. Never accepted as I really didn't want to end up having no access to a midden (for worms that is). Still ............
