Why are we(when logged in) locked out of the category UK & Eire Rivers

It would appear that salmo, (admin) in setting up a couple of new boards, eg USA & Canada Rivers, has applied some form of password protection on the UK Rivers board by accident. He has ceratinly not PM'd any passwords, so must assume this glitch will be sorted when he's next online. Apologies for any current inconvenience Mike
