Have any forum members had any knowledge of salmon angling available near Oslo.

Hi Alan, it depends where you are in relation to Oslo, a few years back we holidayed in a place called Drammen, now thats about an hour northeast of Torp ( ryan air from prestwick) The river is the Drammen river 12 cicks north of Drammen town. The fishing was very reasonable About thirty quid a day and if you put a return in (evan if it was blank) you got a tenner back..Its quite a large river, and the locals say that 10-12 kl fish are regulary caught. It was that year we had scorching temps, so the river was very warm amd there were few fish about. put in gonorway.com/norway nave a skec. cheers M
