Here are a few photos of pools on the Spey taken during the research fishing last autumn. The top of Otters Cave with the tail of the Lord March up above on Brae beat 3. Dipple on Brae beat 5. The tail of Cumberlands Ford on Brae Lower 1. The Quarry at the boundary between Gordon Castle and Brae Lower 1. The Big Griggle on Carron & Laggan. The Bridge Pool at Carron & Laggan. The House Pool on Carron & Laggan. Polarder on Lower Pitchroy. Slobbs on Lower Pitchroy. Cairnty on Orton. The tail of Craigneish at the bottom of Phones, with the Long pool at the top of Knockando down below.

Excellent shots Graham I notice a very "Small Gentleman Poacher" fishing down in front of you in Cumberlands Ford and Cairnty He tells me he allows you to fish the pool down first,the camera tells a different story. James Chalmers
