No, nothing caught yet, but conditions have been against us down here. Hoping to put that right tomorrow on the Teign.

I haven't been out for the sea trout yet, but I'll probably get out in early June.

I thik the freshwater sea trout anglers will do well around the island this year. We are catching more than a few whilst sea angling and they are big, fat and fighting fit. Sea lice are a problem in some areas although they do not appear to be affecting the condition of the fish. ( I had one last night with over 70 lice on it that was in superb condition).

Fished a falling flood on the Conwy this afternoon while my wife was shopping ;D and caught my first sea trout of 2012, only 1.5lb but very welcome to get my season started.
Hope to get out with the fly at night next weekend.
