there's a fair selection of flies there, although i'm not sure you'd need all that to start out with. you might find the tubes are largely redundant on the irvine (someone who knows the river better will probably say you need them for the backend). and i'm not sure you'd need that range of seatrout flies. i was going to say there's a lack of medium to bigger flies but it does say it's a summer pack so fair enough.
summing up: i'd probably be tempted to cherry pick helmie's entire range rather than go for a package like that meself. in doing so, i'd reduce the number of types of flies (maybe to 3 or 4) and increase the size range eg include 9's, 11's, etc maybe even 7's. (or 10, 8 etc if that's what they come in).

all you need is red devils1/2to 1 1/4 cascades size 10 ,12 doubles or trebles and ally shimp the same sizes
