I use dark brown photochromatic ones for general use and yellow lenses for low light, but amber would be a good compromise if looking for an all round pair.

My ones came from Optilabs, as I need prescription lenses.

ok would you recommend a good pair of glasses All depends on your budget. I used to use the expensive brands, but having lost and damaged a few pairs over the years, I now nip in to Boots who now do a good quality range of polaroids at discounted prices

I find the amber/brown lens polaroids from Aldi at £3.99 very good, possibly better for spotting fish than my Maui Jims and a lot cheaper, at that price there disposable too.

I use amber Optilabs which are amazing and designed for low light which is ideal for Scotland. LOL. I was wearing them fishing the other night and it was past 10pm before i had to take them off.
