For sale here is not a Sage Z-Axis 2007 15' rod - great rod by all accounts (and thats my view) and the newest model. Genuine reason for sale as commited to anger management course for next spring after comments raised on this forum.
Please note this is a 13 piece rod - I recommend at least taping all sections. Comes with lifetime guarantee (your lifetime not mine).
This description has been approved by Tebay quality control assessment.
Shall we start at say £450 ? Any offers please PM me.
M
NB If you are serious about this offer then the frontal lobotomy has not been a success - please go to Mike and do not collect £200.

Just my ferrous sense of humour Richard, I've put some glassfibre P40 stuffy round the broken bits after I threw the rod out of my pram. It is now back to a four piece.
Rods not for sale, but any time I mention any of my three sages I need to put my flack jacket on. Any good experiences of sage rods would balance the ack ack, and of course an appropriate line recommendation would be welcome.
I believe that Sage is honoured to have the most members on this forum who have named themselves after their rod, and surely this is a strong recommendation as well as a reflection on a wise choice, indeed a sage choice - bit like choosing a PC then. Notwithstanding that clearly there many other makes out there that can equally be recommended. I am aware that the real deal comes from the guy at the thick end of the stick, and that given the right line chaps like WG, GR and SD could throw a decent spey with but a CB band aerial.
