Hi Mike - Mrs Tip reckons this is one of these "circular answers" where there is no answer. Don't ask me what she means by this as I have just about had it with her and these riddles ..... and if she is correct then jokes featuring variations on 'thickness's of sh*t in the neck's of bottles' will be once again be thrown in my direction. Not very seasonal is it ? Can we not go back to "Name The River's"

Mrs 'Tip is indeed correct!
It's a paradox, as, if the top on is true, the next one is false, and vice versa.
So, both together are neither true, nor false, as they are inter-dependent.
Now, awa wi yerself, & let the pair wummin KISS ye!
